Mr. Nkole Chishimba
Representing the Workers
Mr. Chishimba is a seasoned labour and industrial relations expert with over 15 years’ experience in the Labour Movement. Mr. Chishimba is the current President of the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) and previously served in various capacities within the Mine Workers Union of Zambia which included, Treasurer, Secretary General and Trustee.
Mr. Chishimba is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and he is also a qualified Technician. He brings to the Board vast experience in collective bargaining, conflict resolution and health and safety management.
