The Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) has awarded the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) two awards for its continued efforts in improving customer service.
NAPSA won the “Best Public Service Delivery Organisation” award and was second in the “Best Product Launch of the year” category for its eNAPSA launch.
This was announced at the 21st Annual Marketing Awards in Livingstone recently.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Yollard Kachinda, Director General – NAPSA, said NAPSA was delighted that its efforts were being recognised both locally and internationally.
“For us this just encourages us to continue working hard and improve the services that we give to our members.” He noted.
Recently NAPSA was awarded two Good Practice Awards by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) for its innovation in pension administration through the use of the online platform, eNAPSA, and for its effort to extend social security coverage to the informal sector.
