In order to raise awareness and enhance customer relations among its members, the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) ran an online quiz during the Customer Services Week which took place from 7th to 11th October 2019.
On Tuesday 5th November, the Authority took time to recognize some of the Winners of the 2019 Customer Services Week Quiz.
These are ten (10) lucky winners who were randomly drawn, six (6) of which are based in Lusaka and four are out of town.
Speaking when he handed over NAPSA hampers to some of the Lusaka winners, Director Strategy and Business Performance Mr. Ronnie Kamanya congratulated the winners and encouraged them to continue taking interest in reading information about the scheme as it was for their benefit.
Mr. Kamanya said the Authority had scaled up its investment in ICT multi channels in order to effectively interact with its members.
This year’s Customer Services Week ran under the theme “Delivering Memorable Experiences: Be the company your customers want you to be”.
