Utembele Simwinga

Mr. Simwinga joins the Authority with effect from 2nd May 2019 from Banque Populaire Du Rwanda in Kigali, Rwanda where he worked as Chief Financial Officer for the past two years. Prior to that he held the role of Director Finance/Group Chief Financial Officer for Finance Bank Zambia Plc. He has over sixteen (16) years’ experience in the Banking and Financial Sector.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Edinburgh Business School, Herriot Watts University.
