MR. KENNEDY NJAMBA
Representing the Employers.
Mr. Njamba is a Human Resources Practitioner and brings to the Board wide industry experience spanning over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Public Administration, obtained from the University of Zambia. He is also a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM).
Mr. Njamba has held senior positions in the Public Sector having worked for Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) and the National Hotels Development Corporation Ltd. He is presently employed as the Human Resources & Administration Manager at NICO Insurance Zambia. He is also the Vice President of the Zambia Federation of Employers, Midlands Region.
