EMMANUEL MALUKUTILA

Representing the Bank of Zambia

Mr. Malukutila is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University. He brings to the Board vast experience in audit and risk management, business  process and business continuity management as well as  assurance and control assessments.

Mr. Malukutila has worked at the Bank of Zambia in various capacities including Assistant Director Internal Audit. Presently he is the Assistant Director – Enterprise Risk Management. He is also the Co-Chairperson of the Institute of Risk Management Zambia and a member of the  National Risk Management Working Group under the National Risk Trade Facilitation Committee tasked to develop the Risk Management Framework for the Country. Mr. Malukutila also represents the Bank of Zambia on the Committee of Central Bank Governors (CCBG) SADC sub-committee of the Business Continuity Management.
