Mason Mwiinga

Mason Mwiinga’s career spans over 21 years of which 15 years has been in the Social Security Industry.  He Joined NAPSA in 2001 as Station Manager and was later appointed as Area Manager, rising through the ranks to the positions of Contributions and Claims Manager as well as Administration Manager.

He has also worked as Regional Manager-North managing, planning and monitoring Contributions and Benefits payment operations in five (5) Provinces which include Copperbelt, Luapula, Northern, North-Western and Muchinga. He was appointed Director Contributions and Benefits in May 2016.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University, a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University Edinburgh (UK).  He is an Associate member of the Zambia Institute of Administrators.
